| Booking cancellation |
All reservations at Kshira Oasis are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the designated free cancellation period (as stated in your booking confirmation) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to partial or full charges. In the case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation may be charged. For modifications to your booking, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. |

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full stay will be charged. |
